Shawn is one of the maintenance men. He is kind, gentle, efficient and trustworthy. If you have ever had to deal with delayed repairs or creepy maintenance guys you know how frustrating and scary that can be. At The Incline you can feel safe and know that repairs will be handled professionally, quickly and thoroughly. Kudos Shawn!!!

I had just submitted a maintenance request and less than 10 minutes later, Shawn arrived ready to do the repairs. He is efficient and soft spoken and thoroughly competent. This exceptional service is just one of the things I love about living the The Incline. Well done, and thank you Shawn!

I had a service call with Nathan today. I admit that I was dreading it. Nathan held himself in a professional manner the entire time. He told me what he was going to do....did it and was gone. I did not feel awkward at all. I appreciate you Nathan. Stay Positive

Carrie and Breanna are amazing and masters of their craft. I felt super welcome and they made move in as easy as possible with an incredible turnaround time of less than 3 days over a weekend. Would recommend to anyone.

When I call I can talk to another person, she's always the one answering an I don't wish to hear her rudeness about something she's just repeating over an over perfer a more adult/ professional person. I disagree with your response. No one should be talked to like she talks to people and that she should probably be evaluated caused she is very unprofessional. Would like to know if there was any one else at The Incline Apartment Studio other than Brianna Colbert in the office! Would greatly appreciate to talk to someone other then her. Please! Every time I call she has an additude an is HATEFUL repeating information that's not useful. Because of her if i could put ZERO stars I would! Please I'm begging someone to reach out other than her to be able to communicate! Please and Thank You in advance.

Carrie and Brianna were so helpful, my soon-to-be husband and I moved in with such ease! :) the pool is so refreshing during this time of year and itâs fairly quiet (which is perfect for us!) we absolutely love it so far :D
