I just moved into a studio here this week and I want to say a massive massive thank you to Brianna for all of her help. I needed to leave my last apartment fairly quickly due to some personal reasons and she was super receptive and understanding of my situation and did everything she could to help me out. I signed the lease and had the keys to the studio within the first 3 days. She has made this process so very seamless for me and has gone above and beyond every step of the way to answer every one of my questions and help me with the whole process! As for the studio I have no quarrels and things seem all good on that end! Thanks again Brianna! :)

I would like to highlight The community manager, Brianna, And the leasing consultant Tayia! Excellent customer service! I’ve lived here for 4 1/2 years. And ever since Brianna has managed the property, Everything has got 100 times better. It’s like night and day honestly. Brand new parking lot, Brand new vending machine, Brand new washers and dryers! The maintenance is amazing too. They always take care of everything for me. This is the kind of management services that every apartment or Studios should have. They constantly have food trucks on Friday, And they have food in the community room. Sometimes I’ve seen root beer floats, and other community oriented functions that really make this a great place to live. Also, there’s a large dog park in the back, Which is very rare for apartments! Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for me. I really appreciate it a lot. 💙

This place works out really well. The location and cost of rent is hard to beat. Brianna is smart, helpful and without doubt knows what she is doing. She is probably and will probably be the best thing to have ever happened to this place. Also, I can tell that her and the rest of the team works really hard. I am sure they have plenty going on! While the property has its quirks and dissatisfactions due to its age and build, it’s very easy to live here and again super affordable. I like too that they use Jetty to offer assistance with security deposits. There is plenty of dog park space too.

Honestly when I first moved here I was a little skeptical on the place, However is grown on me a lot Since moving in April I've had no issues with anything except minor inconveniences which have been easily settled and fixed, This has been my first apartment and I'm honestly really surprised with how good this place is, I really love the added security of keyfobs, as my previous living place had no security and a big problem with people breaking in Every interaction I've had with staff have been spectacular and the staff are always so understanding and helpful especially Brianna, Even when I had several issues with my moving date she was so sweet and nice and more than willing too help me find solutions, I also really enjoy the maintance as they are VERY quick too fix any issues you have. I personally think this is an amazing apartment and I'm quite happy with this being my choice, It's also pretty affordable, and even if your having issues with one-time payments they are very understanding and willing to co-operate with you 10/10, definetly would recommend someone this placd

This is the second time I have lived here at The Incline Apartments. The first time I was much younger and back then The Incline Apartments were still Fillmore Crossing. This apartment complex has came a long ways since. I was pleasantly surprised. The fact is this apartment complex is very reasonably priced and in a location where everything is very accessible. Although it isn’t fancy like a new property, I kinda like that it isn’t. There isn’t any “smart” devices in the apartment that can fail and for example not even let you in your apartment. Which in turn means there isn’t a ridiculous $200+ “convenience” bundle for the nonsense “ smart “ equipment. I actually like having just a key fob and a hard key. I have no issues with the appliances or the inside of my unit. At one point I was in a unit that had problems but I rushed my move in and I didn’t catch the problem’s myself. I had wished maintenance caught these issues prior to my move in and that could have prevented me from having to transfer but with the above and beyond response that Brianna provided, I was in a new unit and the transfer was so seamless that I have practically forgotten the situation. Brianna is definitely one of the best property managers I have came across in my 10+ years of apartment life. I am convinced she is the best thing to have happened to this apartment complex and will continue to be the best thing to happen to this apartment complex for many of years. When I did bring the issues to maintenances attention, they were quick to respond, smiling and polite but I still wanted to transfer and did. Brianna and her team has gave me the confidence I needed to be able to move back to this property and enjoy its benefits like the low cost of rent. The dog parks are great too!

Brianna Colbert | Community Manager is amazing! She is so helpful and informative. Moving into a new place was so stressful for me. I wanted to make the best decision for me and my little girls, and Brianna was very patient and kind to me. She didn't rush me to sign papers and she didn't make this process overwhelming. I believe I even cried and she handed me a tissue. She's very professional and caring and that's how you run a business. It doesn't take much to be kind to others. She was also very kind to my daughters. I love the property. The clubhouse is clean and welcoming. The gym is clean and neat. The pool is heated, the lunch tables and grills outdoors look clean and relaxing to sit and eat. The laundry rooms are nice and convenient.

My husband and I visited our nephew here while we were traveling through Colorado. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the apartment was and how nice the staff were! The maintenance man Nathan came and fixed a problem with the heater, he was such a nice man and fixed the problem right away! If only we had such prompt and friendly personnel when we used to live in an apartment. I'm happy my nephew is in good hands here.

I have lived at The Incline for 4 years. I remember what kind of shape this property was in then, I remember the maintenance techs that worked here then. Basically things started to improve when Shawn got here. Things began to be better organized and he has worked very hard to improve the property and service level. Now that Nathan is with him things are even better, both of them are friendly and helpful. They respond to work orders right away and keep things looking good around here. I believe they should be recognized, thank you Shawn and Nathan.

I've really enjoyed living here. The location is great; it's super convenient for getting anywhere in Colorado Springs. The rent is about the best you’ll find, especially if you're looking for a small, affordable space. The complex has some great amenities, including an indoor swimming pool and well-maintained common areas. The neighbors are all nice and respectful, and for the most part, everyone keeps to themselves, which makes for a peaceful living environment. A huge shoutout to Carrie. She was absolutely awesome during my lease renewal process! She made everything smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for an affordable, well-located place with great amenities and a hassle-free experience, I highly recommend this complex.

My wife and I have lived her for over 7 years. And in that time I have witnessed the Incline Apartments transform from a shady place where anyone could live here. Homeless people sleeping in the hallways, loud neighbors at all hours, mean Pit bull dogs and roaches. Since Brianna has taken over in the top position, no more bugs (they used to go with the cheapest exterminators who would make the situation worse), there are security doors leading in and out of the facility (no more riffraff), haven’t seen a pit bull in over 2 years, and we now observe quiet hours in the pm. Shawn will take care of problems that will happen, usually within the same work day after you contact the front office. I now feel safe, even at night. The outside building, they now have lights that light up the place after dark,you can walk the facility with no worries, and I am proud to say I will bring my grandchildren over to swim in the indoor pool. And the facility is close to the bus line.The most important fact about The Incline apartments is, it is affordable. Thanks guys, keep up the good work. Whit

Problem: no heat . Issue: didn’t know that’s why maintenance was called. Nathan came out at 9pm and got the heating system working again. He took his time to make sure he could diagnose the problem and discovered issue that was overlooked. He was fair and said it was something that would be easily overlooked because it’s an old furnace and they don’t use them anymore (our unit just happen to have one) .. all in all it was good he knew what to do because it does pay to have old school knowledge of products …. I appreciate him coming out and talking to us normally . You know some maintenance men tend to “mansplain” or “oversplain” or make you think/feel user error … Nathan was kind and informative. A.

Great teamnathan and sean are in charge of maintenence they are more than greati called Brianna in office yesterday told her my heater was not working and within 10 minsnathan was at my doorit was 20 degrees out side he came in assesed the problem said hed be back in 10 mins and here he comes down the walkway with a brand new heater strapped to a refrigerator hand truck and in less than 1 hour i had anew heater unit working in my home its working great thanks all brinna, kelly , nathan and sean for making me feel like i dont just rent an apartment it like i have a home ********** 10 stars to al you gu guys

I have been here for over 3 years, when i first got here i would sit in front of my outside door and wonder what have done to deserve this, this place WAS soooo ghetto. The management team has turned this place around, they have gotten rid of problem renters and have done so many repairs its actually a nice place to live. I used to worry when my grandkids would visit and now my daughter and grandkids live in a large unit next door and i dont lose any sleep over that.

I have lived at The Incline for almost 3 years, my favorite thing is the convenience. Because of the location we can get anywhere in town quick, I-25 either direction - Fillmore or Garden easy. Always plenty of parking so we can park both of our cars right in front of our apartment. Onsite garage units are great for storage too.

I have lived here for almost 2 years. The Incline Apartments have several valuable amenities. A year round indoor heated pool, a terrific business center with computers, printer, big screen TV, a full kitchen and a shuffle board table. There is a complete fitness center and 2 bbq areas (a charcoal and a gas grill). Add a 2 acre fenced dog park, split into 2 areas, with benches and plenty of shade trees. Perfect for dog owners! It is a safe place to live plus the location is very convenient to I 25 so it's an easy commute north or south. The management make themselves available by in person visits, by phone or email. My husband and I moved in to the Incline Apartments in the fall of 2021. The manager at the time welcomed us to our cute apartment with a beautiful view of the mountains. This property is located at Fillmore and 25, which is very convenient for delivery people like us 🤩 We love being so close to the downtown area as well as a 2.6 mile walk to Garden of the Gods! We were soon celebrating the seasons with our new neighbors and friends, as well as the occasional parties hosted by the management staff. I don’t know about you, but I’m always ready for a pool party or trivia night! Since then, we have said goodbye to friends and staff members as their lives took them elsewhere, and welcomed new friends and staff members. I’m really glad we chose this spot.

I walked in,and spoke to Casey. She explained the requirements, and schedule me a tour. During the tour she asked if I had any needs,I replied the first floor please. I returned the next day to fill out the application. She asked if I wanted to keep the apt.that I had toured or would i like to look at one with a flipped layout. I looked at both and decided the 2nd one was for me. I appreciated Casey's allowing me to tour a flipped layout,she is very concerned in making everyone happy in were they live.

I have been here for almost 3 years and when i first moved in i would sit outside and wonder what have i done to deserve this? There have been a lot of changes since then, the residents are nice the grounds have improved and i can have my grandkids visit without protecting them like a bear everytime someone walks by, the riff faff are gone. My only advice is just to be nice to your neighbors and dont be the riff raff, the manager will just not tolerate it

Our kitchen sink clogged suddenly and when we put in a maintenance request, Andre Thomas the maintenance man showed up the next day and not only did he fix our sink, but completely replaced the entire sink faucet fixture and pipes underneath so it’s all brand new and works great! We needed some lights replaced on our range and Andre was able to replace them right away and put more bulbs on order. Andre has fixed our toilet which had an issue with the seal and he fixed it easily. I enjoy the apartment complex, but Andre makes it what it is and he takes care of everyone here if they need any maintenance done he’s there right away and done an amazing job. I definitely recommend!

I have Lived Here For 6 years and I’ve never had an issue. I’ve never had bugs no roaches nothing! Very big apartments too so spacious; definitely bigger than most apartments I’ve been in and seen. I’ve always had very understanding management. Loved every leasing manager we’ve had. The leasing manager Brianna has been very kind easy to talk to and also the regional manager just absolutely such an understanding kind person! And she gets back to you very fast with whatever questions you have. The rent is definitely worth what you get too. Overall a very good place . They can’t Control the area it’s in nor the people in the apartments either. Getto is every where it’s the people who choose to live dirty and unsanitary.

5 stars for the maintenance man! & the community. I was excited and nervous to start living here, partly cause of the previous reviews. However, during my application process, I was told that the apartments were recently bought out by someone else. I knew this complex as the Fillmore Crossing, but now it’s called the Incline Apartments & Studios. I’ve been here about a month, and I really like it. The studio we have is updated and clean, maintenance comes quickly and is super nice, and the community is really welcoming. Moving into a new apartment is really stressful, but i’m thankful to be at a nice location next to downtown with this community!

This place is amazing. I’ve lived here since November of last year. I was first in a studio and then transitioned to a 2 bedroom with a roommate. This place has never , ever been a problem for me. I don’t ever hear any of my neighbors, and even if I do it’s so low noise that it doesn’t bother me. The walls are thick here. The staff is extremely friendly and outgoing, always ready to solve any problems you may encounter or have. The utility’s here are fair , they group it together into one bill and even discount it to keep it at the same rate each month. Again, no problems here everyone has been super nice and I’ve had no complaints. Love it I will probably be here a few years.

One of the maintenance workers, I believe his name is Seth. He’s amazing, he was first on the scene when we had a fire , he was attentive to a water leak we had in the building at very late hours of the night to make sure the problem was fixed, he’s always seen picking up the trash around and doing everything he can to make our apartments a wonderful place to live. His integrity, hard work, sincerity, and amazing person he is shines brighter then the sun on any summer day. He needs a raise ! Couldn’t be happier with this establishment. From the kind and excellent service from Lisa, Chris, Sam and Gerri to the warm welcome every time I come to the front office. They get to know you and your needs and are always happy to assist. The complex is pretty well kept and kept clean as well. The neighbors are respectful and keep noises down to not disturb anyone. Can’t forget that this is also a good price for the city.

New Resident Very Happy Here! The one bedroom I rented is fairly spacious and very nice. I’ve got my ESA (emotional support animal) Pittbull Terrier here. They allow 2 pets. The maintenance crew and office staff are all extremely nice people. The rent is very affordable also and all inclusive. Including an indoor swimming pool, game room, exercise facilities, laundry facilities, dog park, security entrances and adequate parking. Utilities are included plus free satellite tv with HBO. It’s very conveniently located by I-25 and lots of restaurants and shopping too. Despite the fact that there are close to 200 units here and lots of dogs it’s a very quiet and peaceful place to call home. I love it here.

The building I'm in is actually a pleasant experience. Never have seen what others described. The hallway is always clean. There is a lady who is constantly sweeping and moping. There IS a dog who barks a few times when it first steps out of its apartment with the owner but nothing crazy. The laundry room is always 100% clean and often smells good (like bleach and laundry detergent) Imagine that!? I ALWAYS get a parking spot outside my apartment window. The other residents seem to stick to a general spot. And the same vehicles can be expected from day to day. The apartments are all inclusive. One flat fee every month. No renters insurance required and they have "relaxed" dog breed restrictions. Everyone walks their dog outside ON LEASH. The apartments have signs up to remind people to do so. There are four areas where people can take their dogs. Two of which are fenced in. The yard work is kept up on really well all around. I really don't get the review about trash and flooding outside?? Yes, The pool does shut down time from time but yes it's cause they are always making it better. They just recently coated the floor. There is a gas station next down the road that is very convenient. Yes there are train tracks but I haven't been bothered at all. Only wish is that the metal trim on buildings could have a brighter livelier appearance/color. O well though. I hate to see the negative reviews because my time spent here is quite pleasant. I personally feel safe and clean.

My friend lives here, and he is super happy with the place. There is a nice indoor pool, BBQ grills all over the property, nice community areas, and understanding staff. The neat thing about this place is that everything is included with the flat rate rent fee that doesn't fluctuate, including utilities, TV, and even internet!

I took residence at Fillmore Crossing for one year and overall this is a nice place to be, I have not one complaint during my stay. The property manager, assistant manager, and maintenance crew are very friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. The property is secure and stays clean. Other tenants are equally as friendly if you happen to be a "social butterfly" and enjoy mingling and such. Swimming pool and recreation room are an added bonus you won't find at other similarly priced apartments. In my opinion. Fillmore Crossing is a stepping stone for those starting fresh or starting over. The cost of living here (rent, utilities, etc) is more than reasonable and fits within budget for working individuals. Because of the low cost and all inclusive nature of the rent, it affords you the opportunity to save money for future endeavors. Don't be swayed by other reviews blatantly bad-mouthing an otherwise well conducted establishment. If you are looking for low cost, quiet living and a great location...this is it.

When we broke our lease, we were told we wouldn't get our deposit back. Kinda sucked because who couldn't use money in today's economy? But today we got our deposit back! When we were moving out, I cleaned that place ceiling to floor because I didn't want to leave it a mess, though I thought why should I do this when we're not even getting our pet fee back? Well, I'm glad I did and maybe that's why we got our money back. But I tell you what, that place was amazing and truth be told I miss it. The staff members were amazing people and so friendly. If money issues came up unexpectedly, they'd help you out. You get all your utilities included in rent, you have trash on site, there's the work out room, community room, and pool. It being centrally located was nice, and the convenience store next door was great for a midnight snack run. I was definitely spoiled living there with all the conveniences. If you're looking for a place to rent, really check them out. It's not exactly pretty on the outside, but the rooms are great and you're not gonna find much better elsewhere.
