My wife and I have lived her for over 7 years. And in that time I have witnessed the Incline Apartments transform from a shady place where anyone could live here. Homeless people sleeping in the hallways, loud neighbors at all hours, mean Pit bull dogs and roaches.
Since Brianna has taken over in the top position, no more bugs (they used to go with the cheapest exterminators who would make the situation worse), there are security doors leading in and out of the facility (no more riffraff), haven’t seen a pit bull in over 2 years, and we now observe quiet hours in the pm. Shawn will take care of problems that will happen, usually within the same work day after you contact the front office.
I now feel safe, even at night. The outside building, they now have lights that light up the place after dark,you can walk the facility with no worries, and I am proud to say I will bring my grandchildren over to swim in the indoor pool. And the facility is close to the bus line.The most important fact about The Incline apartments is, it is affordable.
