Brianna Colbert | Community Manager is amazing! She is so helpful and informative. Moving into a new place was so stressful for me. I wanted to make the best decision for me and my little girls, and Brianna was very patient and kind to me. She didn't rush me to sign papers and she didn't make this process overwhelming. I believe I even cried and she handed me a tissue. She's very professional and caring and that's how you run a business. It doesn't take much to be kind to others. She was also very kind to my daughters. I love the property. The clubhouse is clean and welcoming. The gym is clean and neat. The pool is heated, the lunch tables and grills outdoors look clean and relaxing to sit and eat. The laundry rooms are nice and convenient. 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 Edit: I was not informed that my new apartment had been smoked in. I wasn’t aware of the smell of tobacco as I don’t smoke. There’s a orange residue all over the appliances and walls. I informed the leasing manager immediately after living in the apartment for about two days. I even wrote it down in my move-in paper that the apartment smells awful and the windows don’t open to let in fresh air. I told the leasing manager that my chest hurts at night and it’s causing a health hazard. Brianna Colbert is the leasing manager and she has tried to ozone the smell, repaint the walls, but it’s just not working. I requested to be moved to a smoke free unit and was told that I had to pay a transfer fee of $500. I explained to Brianna that I cannot stay here, this is a breach in the lease agreement because this is a smoke free campus. Well the fee was waived and I was told that the move will be available after August 8th when the tenant moves out. From July 20, 2025- August 12, 2025 I was unaware of any charges in the new lease and wasn’t aware that I have to pay a prorated rent when I already paid the whole amount for August. I would be paying twice for August and would have to pay September’s rent in two weeks. I was told by Brianna that I can move into a new unit free of charge. That my August rent would be split for the new apartment and the current apartment. All I needed to do was sign the new lease. I went inside the office today 8/14/25 and Brianna said that I cannot get my keys because I need to pay rent for August. She’s charging me $593 to move in when I already paid $1,045 for August’s rent. She also said the new rent will be $37 more if I move and none of this was brought to my attention when I signed the paperwork for the apartment on August 12, 2025. I have been waiting patiently for this move since July 20, 2025. The current apartment is a health hazard to me, my 5yr old, and 6yr old. Someone smoked cigarettes here and the smell is extremely strong. We can get third hand smoke if we stay and I’ve made it clear to the leasing manager that we cannot stay here any longer. I was told that a transfer fee would be waived by her supervisor and that the transfer would not cost me a thing. Now all of a sudden this is in my lease agreement and I must pay the hundreds of dollars before moving.

Carrie at the front office is so kind and professional. She made my move easy and stress free. She answers any questions I have completely and even helped me with a maintenance request over Memorial weekend extremely quickly. The community is quiet, clean and comfortable. I couldn’t recommend Carrie and the Incline more.

My husband and I visited our nephew here while we were traveling through Colorado. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the apartment was and how nice the staff were! The maintenance man Nathan came and fixed a problem with the heater, he was such a nice man and fixed the problem right away! If only we had such prompt and friendly personnel when we used to live in an apartment. I'm happy my nephew is in good hands here.

The rudest and most utterly unprofessional people. The apartment complex is always disgusting for the amount of money that you pay there. Let's not forget all the violent acts that have happened out there and how many times the police are out there and how many times security has to be called? Because yeah, they don't do their jobs to upkeep and keep their residents safe. And as soon as one person moves out, they have asked, they apart, went back together. And rewrite it the same week. You can smell drugs through the corridor so yeah

The place looks and smells like mold and water stagnantly. In the hallways, the management team and uh, the people who rent the apartments are rude and ridiculous, and think that they are are better than everybody else and that your time isn't as valuable as they're so yeah. Save your time Save your money and go somewhere else to rent. Because this place is horrible, it's trash. The garages are broken into busted up there's up dumpsters. Overflowing, they don't upkeep the property. The way that they're supposed to, and you're better off going somewhere else

Do not rent here. If you'll lose your packages, they'll steal your stuff, they won't let you get your belongings. Um, uh, they will. I've charged you for everything and won't let you know that one of the maidens people they used to work there, unalive somebody down to the balcony so, and they get aggressive, and they're nasty, so don't waste your time there, okay. There's home people all over the place. There's drugs all over the place. The management is he's horrible. So save your money, go somewhere else
