Brianna Colbert | Community Manager is amazing! She is so helpful and informative. Moving into a new place was so stressful for me. I wanted to make the best decision for me and my little girls, and Brianna was very patient and kind to me. She didn't rush me to sign papers and she didn't make this process overwhelming. I believe I even cried and she handed me a tissue. She's very professional and caring and that's how you run a business. It doesn't take much to be kind to others. She was also very kind to my daughters. I love the property. The clubhouse is clean and welcoming. The gym is clean and neat. The pool is heated, the lunch tables and grills outdoors look clean and relaxing to sit and eat. The laundry rooms are nice and convenient.

Edit: I was not informed that my new apartment had been smoked in. I wasnât aware of the smell of tobacco as I donât smoke. Thereâs a orange residue all over the appliances and walls. I informed the leasing manager immediately after living in the apartment for about two days. I even wrote it down in my move-in paper that the apartment smells awful and the windows donât open to let in fresh air. I told the leasing manager that my chest hurts at night and itâs causing a health hazard. Brianna Colbert is the leasing manager and she has tried to ozone the smell, repaint the walls, but itâs just not working. I requested to be moved to a smoke free unit and was told that I had to pay a transfer fee of $500. I explained to Brianna that I cannot stay here, this is a breach in the lease agreement because this is a smoke free campus. Well the fee was waived and I was told that the move will be available after August 8th when the tenant moves out. From July 20, 2025- August 12, 2025 I was unaware of any charges in the new lease and wasnât aware that I have to pay a prorated rent when I already paid the whole amount for August. I would be paying twice for August and would have to pay Septemberâs rent in two weeks. I was told by Brianna that I can move into a new unit free of charge. That my August rent would be split for the new apartment and the current apartment. All I needed to do was sign the new lease. I went inside the office today 8/14/25 and Brianna said that I cannot get my keys because I need to pay rent for August. Sheâs charging me $593 to move in when I already paid $1,045 for Augustâs rent. She also said the new rent will be $37 more if I move and none of this was brought to my attention when I signed the paperwork for the apartment on August 12, 2025. I have been waiting patiently for this move since July 20, 2025. The current apartment is a health hazard to me, my 5yr old, and 6yr old. Someone smoked cigarettes here and the smell is extremely strong. We can get third hand smoke if we stay and Iâve made it clear to the leasing manager that we cannot stay here any longer. I was told that a transfer fee would be waived by her supervisor and that the transfer would not cost me a thing. Now all of a sudden this is in my lease agreement and I must pay the hundreds of dollars before moving.
