Overall maintenance has really improved, The Incline buildings have never looked better. Shawn and Nathan do a great job completing our work orders and keeping the grounds clean. They are both friendly and easy to communicate with, so much better than some of the other maint. techs who used to be here. Nice job you guys.

Carrie and her staff were amazing and very helpful in getting an apartment for me. Although I didn't take the apartment it was still one of the best experiences looking for an apartment I've ever had

I've really enjoyed living here. The location is great; it's super convenient for getting anywhere in Colorado Springs. The rent is about the best you’ll find, especially if you're looking for a small, affordable space. The complex has some great amenities, including an indoor swimming pool and well-maintained common areas. The neighbors are all nice and respectful, and for the most part, everyone keeps to themselves, which makes for a peaceful living environment. A huge shoutout to Carrie. She was absolutely awesome during my lease renewal process! She made everything smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for an affordable, well-located place with great amenities and a hassle-free experience, I highly recommend this complex.

Carrie is amazing through the whole process and she was patient and informed me of every step. She picked out the best apartment that would fit my family and I am in love with it. Thank you so much. We hope to be here for years to come.

I had been considering where (in tye country) to live. I took a tour with Carrie and she was welcoming and clear about every silly question I had. I am in a different state, but she nearly roped me in! The staff set a precedence on how I should be treated. Thank you!

Ive been here 3 months now and i truly love it here. Carrie is amzing and always able to answer any questions i have. The area is quiet and with outter doors needing fob access i feel quite safe. The emenities are awesome and available 6 days a week. Every resident ive met has been so kind to us as weve settled in. Im grateful they had an empty unit when i need one.

I have lived at The Incline for 3 1/2 years. I will be buying a house soon, it has been stressful saving and getting everything ready to qualify for the loan. The schedule keeps changing so it has been hard to time the end of my lease here. Breanna has been fantastic to work with on this. She educated me about the different options like short term vs. month to month - wow what a help. She made sure I got the right lease to make my home purchase work. Thanks, Breanna!

From my phone call with Brianna to my tour and application process with Carrie to the actual property and apartments and community im beyond impressed. Both Brianna and Carrie made this stressful process of moving and looking for a new home easy, friendly, and enjoyable.
