New Resident Very Happy Here! The one bedroom I rented is fairly spacious and very nice. Iâve got my ESA (emotional support animal) Pittbull Terrier here. They allow 2 pets. The maintenance crew and office staff are all extremely nice people. The rent is very affordable also and all inclusive. Including an indoor swimming pool, game room, exercise facilities, laundry facilities, dog park, security entrances and adequate parking. Utilities are included plus free satellite tv with HBO. Itâs very conveniently located by I-25 and lots of restaurants and shopping too. Despite the fact that there are close to 200 units here and lots of dogs itâs a very quiet and peaceful place to call home. I love it here.

The rooms okay once they're refurbished but they have a lot of homeless walking through the area stage on the stairwells and their security is incredibly lacking

This place is trash for the amount of money they charge to live there. They also have roaches. The apartments are old and in deserpate need of repair. You can tell they do not reinvest the money they charge into their tenants. There are tons of other way nicer places to live in CO Springs for the same or lower price. DO NOT RENT HERE. RIP OFF! IT'S THE TRAP. FOR CRACKHEADS ONLY!

One of the better cheap places to live. Next to the railroad tracks but other than that is is decent.

I lived there in a studio for 2 years it was ok office not to professional the on ground guys were very cool and helpful Billy was the best. Did not like the fat crabby blond in the office. But it was a really nice place to live I loved walking around there so beautiful â¤ï¸. Miss the life very much.
