If I could give this complex 0 stars I would. The management team is lazy and never in the office. Maintenance is nonexistent and if you need to contact anyone for any reason you can't reach anyone ever even during normal business hours. The complex itself is a mess. I wouldn't recommend anyone choose to live here.

I dont normally post reviews of apartments until after ive moved out and gotten the full experience, but im getting to the end of my rope here. Ive lived here 3 months and near weekly ive requested basic maintenance be done on my unit. Everytime my request is 100% ignored. Im told everytime theyll send someone out asap, even been told my request will be sent to the top of the maintenance pile. Ive never gotten a single visit from anyone. I can pull the doorhandle off on the inside of my door just by pulling on it for godsake! This will be staying up until my situation is rectified, and this hasnt been my only issue living here.

Under New Ownership! They have spent time & money addressing long overdue issues. Seems like they understand how to keep & stay on task with schedual tenet promissed dates. For a city that rent. Rates climbingveach year fillmore has seemed to alway be the better value conidering in the utiliths & dont forget the pool and the do keep it up! Good people wluld and have recomended. Bob.

ZERO stars. My building is a dump. Garbage along the walkway. Stove doesn’t work. I’m disabled and the door constantly won’t open, an ADA violation. There’s no cable. Been a week since they promised me a mailbox key, now they have to drill through the lock. Sheesh

I lived there 7 months and had to leave abruptly because my and my 83 year old mother's room had bed bug's and we were not accommodated at all. For your own sake DO NOT LIVE THERE. 2019
