To Jer L and his review: Hi, Toyota FJ Cruiser owner here. I am actually a resident with a contract and everything. I do not live in my truck in front of the laundry room. Thanks for putting identifying information out there on google that could seriously endanger my life. I moved to Colorado from the east coast because I left a domestic violence and abuse situation where I almost lost my life. Making assumptions without fact checking really makes your review look a lot less intelligent. Did you not notice my parking sticker for the apartment in the left hand side of my windshield? Next time youâre out and about taking a stroll looking for assumptions to make, come introduce yourself. I have a lot to discuss with you.

Briana at the front was absolutely amazing and so helpful. She sat down with me for over an hour figuring out how to get me in as soon as possible and I was lucky enough to get in my new apartment just a day after applying.

The incline apartments are very clean .But it's not enough . A 5 month ago someone broke radio in car,then couple month later one tire a little down and now number scratched on plate of car. And how tire can go down if I didn't drive since November and had insurance parking permit .I am sure it done one person but company have camera for what?. Who is responsible for that ? . And who came a couple times in my apartment during this year when I am left and made some damage around.? And one thing even disappeared. Every thing ok untill your car not moving Midnight company with help people in office. And no one in office did not sent email me that car is moving during all month.A lot email was sent but only not this. And one tire did not spoil a view around that need to mowing a car. If not a tire they will be found something else.A previous paper on window of car was " move car as this lot only for handicap " I used this place more one year with permission manager. Everywhere security cameras for what? I am knew that I am signed rent on next year and something happened soon I made a big mistake with this rent. I will stay 2 month here and can cancel rent. Now middle of September . A previous manager and assistant was more better and with understanding..... Also company not looking who made a damage a car but very quickly working to towing a car . Landlord responsible is not only clean area around , and about safe a car tenant on parking lot. I don't know how go and take a car . A month car stay in towing cost money . And this towing company most cars delivery with damage. Some people very happy when made something not good other. This car was is 2014 but look like a new one. I am just bought this car a one year ago. Who want be a rent in future if company very easy to give permition towing a tenant car only a one tire on car a little down or something else . A little think please about tenant. . I am very disappointed of people in office .And what mowing company to choose very far ,with very bad reputation. A lot good towing company around . And did not inform about that car is towing. . I don't have time to talk and nothing change. I have to think how take car from towing company. But I want to say,I did not think that you call in towing company. It's was very a big stress when I didn't see car on parking lot. Yes,law allow landlord move a car . But how about human understanding. I am old women 63 year old almost. But its stressful. for everyone. You want tell me that all tenants got notice parking. Ok But no one didn't inform me when will be towing. I didn't got any info from office. I was thinking my car on parking lot. .I need called to police and got information where is car. ______________________________________ Do you know Midnight recovery already sold my car. And when I called in company and ask where my money, she said all money gone on service. Service$1500 but my car last year I bought in Chevrolet company for $8600.

The incline apartments are very clean and outside place look very good. I live in building31 25 and can't say about others building. One thing only aware me is car .A one year ago someone broke radio in car,then couple month later broke tire and now number scratched on plate of car. I am even know who is done that . And who came in my apartment during this year when I am left and made damage around is other story. If only damage no. A one thing disappeared .My neighbor's very nice people and around live good people . Very good area and close to everything. Very quiet and clean around.
