While I donât mind living here, I donât agree with how they split utilities amongst all residents. Thereâs absolutely no reason a STUDIO apartment (which I never turn on air conditioning, I donât watch tv and I donât leave lights on) utilities should be $150+ a month. I just moved in in June and that alone makes me not want to renew next year The apartments are outdated and old. Thereâs no counter space in the kitchen and the bathroom is horrible; the bathtub stains very easily (I dropped pink conditioner on it and didnt wipe it up immediately and it stained) the bathtub is also chipping because you can tell they just painted over it before I moved in âthe landlord specialâ I suppose. You canât put curtains up because the walls are made of metal Iâm pretty sure, so youâre stuck with just blinds, so if you want your lights on at night, congrats, everyone who walks past can see into your apartment. In the studio apartments you canât open your window, yeah, you heard that right, the only window in the whole apartment and you canât open it. The base rent of $775 for a studio is I guess a âpromotionalâ deal, so after my year lease is it, itâll go up to over $1000, which this apartment is not worth, at all.

I haven't applied to live here yet, but I am about to shortly. I don't have anything to say yet other than these reviews hilarious to me lol. The fact that Incline is firing back to some of these is fire to me.

I just moved into a studio here this week and I want to say a massive massive thank you to Brianna for all of her help. I needed to leave my last apartment fairly quickly due to some personal reasons and she was super receptive and understanding of my situation and did everything she could to help me out. I signed the lease and had the keys to the studio within the first 3 days. She has made this process so very seamless for me and has gone above and beyond every step of the way to answer every one of my questions and help me with the whole process! As for the studio I have no quarrels and things seem all good on that end! Thanks again Brianna! :)

I would like to highlight The community manager, Brianna, And the leasing consultant Tayia! Excellent customer service! Iâve lived here for 4 1/2 years. And ever since Brianna has managed the property, Everything has got 100 times better. Itâs like night and day honestly. Brand new parking lot, Brand new vending machine, Brand new washers and dryers! The maintenance is amazing too. They always take care of everything for me. This is the kind of management services that every apartment or Studios should have. They constantly have food trucks on Friday, And they have food in the community room. Sometimes Iâve seen root beer floats, and other community oriented functions that really make this a great place to live. Also, thereâs a large dog park in the back, Which is very rare for apartments! Thank you so much for everything youâve done for me. I really appreciate it a lot. ð

This place works out really well. The location and cost of rent is hard to beat. Brianna is smart, helpful and without doubt knows what she is doing. She is probably and will probably be the best thing to have ever happened to this place. Also, I can tell that her and the rest of the team works really hard. I am sure they have plenty going on! While the property has its quirks and dissatisfactions due to its age and build, itâs very easy to live here and again super affordable. I like too that they use Jetty to offer assistance with security deposits. There is plenty of dog park space too.

The property manager was very rude. I caught her coming into the office at 8:30 in the morning and asked her a simple question. I asked her how much it was to rent a studio apartment and she very rudely told me she was not going to give me that information that I had to come back once she got in and got everything up and running and was very rude to another resident trying to get into his apartment. This lady should not be working with the general public she is very unhinged and you definitely need new management.

Honestly when I first moved here I was a little skeptical on the place, However is grown on me a lot Since moving in April I've had no issues with anything except minor inconveniences which have been easily settled and fixed, This has been my first apartment and I'm honestly really surprised with how good this place is, I really love the added security of keyfobs, as my previous living place had no security and a big problem with people breaking in Every interaction I've had with staff have been spectacular and the staff are always so understanding and helpful especially Brianna, Even when I had several issues with my moving date she was so sweet and nice and more than willing too help me find solutions, I also really enjoy the maintance as they are VERY quick too fix any issues you have. I personally think this is an amazing apartment and I'm quite happy with this being my choice, It's also pretty affordable, and even if your having issues with one-time payments they are very understanding and willing to co-operate with you 10/10, definetly would recommend someone this placd
