Very cute, small and clean studio with an amazing staff, maintenance is always around and very helpful, Gerri and Terri in the office are awesome, thanks ladies for all your help.

If you're looking to spend $200 in utilities for a studio, this is the place for you! Are you fond of cockroaches and bed bugs, look no further! Desiring a strong police presence? You can get to know them on a first name basis here! Enjoy the sweet smell of sewer coming right out of your kitchen sink...good times.

This is a great place to be if your into a great view of pikes peak . the place needs lil work like every place in springs and the people are well like everywhere else. You have your good bad and greats.

This place is way overpriced, especially utilities. Needs new managment again ASAP!! Oh and lots of bugs. Disgusting environment to live in.

Current resident - Okay price for tiny spaces. As of today though, someone stole my whole load of laundry out from the dryer. Either another resident or someone else (other people can easily get to it because they never keep the exterior locks operable).
