These apartments are infested with BUGS! They have roaches, spiders, bed bugs, and mice. Shared utilities for 1 resident is over $200 a month which was not disclosed but lied to and told approximately $60. Hypodermic needles and other drug paraphernalia are easily found in the parking lot. They do not clean the snow from sidewalks or the parking lot. The police are constantly present for domestic issues and evictions! Breaking a lease is $1500 plus. I encourage you to find someplace else. The pool is too cold and the room can't be heated. The Pool is a decorative peace no-one uses.

I am writing this ad in hopes that this gets to the right person. New owners have taken over the property and are not keeping up their responsibilities they are spending money on the outside but on the inside we have no cable or Internet and that is in our lease my wife fell down the stairs on the last snowstorm because there was no ice melt put on the ground this is a horrible place to rent and the management lies to you and tells you stories that never come true so now I am forced to use social media to get what is in my lease I have already contacted the news to see if they will do a story about this horrible place that should not even be allowed to rent two people and let's not talk about the bed bugs and roaches I have spent over $4,000 in beds because of this I would love to hear from the owner or the corporation that owns this terrible place I am literally days away from hiring a lawyer for breach of contract.
