This is a great place to be if your into a great view of pikes peak . the place needs lil work like every place in springs and the people are well like everywhere else. You have your good bad and greats.

This place is way overpriced, especially utilities. Needs new managment again ASAP!! Oh and lots of bugs. Disgusting environment to live in.

Current resident - Okay price for tiny spaces. As of today though, someone stole my whole load of laundry out from the dryer. Either another resident or someone else (other people can easily get to it because they never keep the exterior locks operable).

The fee's are beyond rediculous, $182 utilty bill for a studio is mental and management came into my unit unannounced with no knock when I was at work, gf was there. Horrible Apartments.
