The manger (Brianna ) is absolutely horrible!!! She’s so rude doesn’t care about the people that live here and never keeps her word. I definitely do not feel she should be in management. I’ve been here for sooooo many years and never ever been treated the way she treats everyone here. Like she’s better than everyone! I miss Lisa so much what a great manager she was! On the other hand The new maintenance guys (Heath) are absolutely amazing so sweet, Gets shyt done and in timely matter. They actually care about people’s needs and issues in their homes. Would definitely give them 5 stars.

First of all, the rent is nearly 1k for a studio. In my opinion it is literally a motel with a sink and hot plate installed. The doors to enter your "apartment" are equipped with the old key card entry thay motels have. So the batteries can die in the door, clutch goes out or many other things that happen with these commercial garbage locks from the early 2000s. Then your stuff outside of your place with no way in. It is pretty dated technology and I would never want it on my home. It's unsafe in my opinion especially for this neighborhood.

The management does not answer phone calls. Stuck outside in COLD. My door won’t open again. It’s horrible living here, roaches, gun shots, people digging though trash can all hours of the night. Don’t come here!!!! Worst apartment ever! New management jacking up the last affordable apartments $880.00, was 625.00 2 years ago. Thinks she doing a good job. Roaches are here. People fighting a lot, paper thin walls. Hot cold fluctuations in shower.

Lisa has been there for me and she always on top of things. I have been here for a few years now and she is the best thing that this place needed. She seeks out for the best people that can repair and watch over the residents. Sharlene is the new addition to the office and after meeting her, she is welcoming and easy to talk. I know it takes time to get things on the right track and some people will be upset and not happy but me and my family are grateful of having them here.

this place is ridiculous tow my truck didn't even give me notice the landlord has not fix our sink in 3 yr and says oh I didn't know about and we made a work order years and months ago dont rent here all lies horrible place to live
