They must only post to good reviews. Worst place I ever loved. My appliances never worked and homeless people sold drugs daily. The onsite management was corrupt ant tenents were attacked and some injured. My bank suggested that I vacate immediately.

I live any and just put up with stuck up leading agents who can fix anything promptly or accurately. Apartments suffer water and plumbing problems. Vagabonds loiter our laundry room and hallways. Doors are broken into and half of the amenities offered in your lease are not true or provided as the should be

Our kitchen sink clogged suddenly and when we put in a maintenance request, Andre Thomas the maintenance man showed up the next day and not only did he fix our sink, but completely replaced the entire sink faucet fixture and pipes underneath so it’s all brand new and works great! We needed some lights replaced on our range and Andre was able to replace them right away and put more bulbs on order. Andre has fixed our toilet which had an issue with the seal and he fixed it easily. I enjoy the apartment complex, but Andre makes it what it is and he takes care of everyone here if they need any maintenance done he’s there right away and done an amazing job. I definitely recommend!

I wish 0⃣ stars were an option this place was awful, it's almost a thousand dollars a month for a studio with barely functional a/c I had a shelf fall when I first moved in and in the two unfortunate years I lived there nobody ever fixed it despite numerous request and "inspections" the hot water will go off with no warning and on more than one occasion I had to let the office managers know because apparently they can't be bothered to do there jobs and initiate basic communication ohh and let's not forget the fire alarm will go off for the entire complex for no reason at night at least twice a month so say goodbye to quiet enjoyment and lastly your lease will not simply end if you dont communicate your intent to leave they will automatically renew your lease to monthly and charge you for breaking your lease overall I hate this place I hate the current management they are incipient and amoral I wish them nothing but misery to accompany their entropy
