One of the maintenance workers, I believe his name is Seth. He’s amazing, he was first on the scene when we had a fire , he was attentive to a water leak we had in the building at very late hours of the night to make sure the problem was fixed, he’s always seen picking up the trash around and doing everything he can to make our apartments a wonderful place to live. His integrity, hard work, sincerity, and amazing person he is shines brighter then the sun on any summer day. He needs a raise ! From everyone here at the incline apartments we thank you Seth for everything and hope you receive a raise for all of your hard work

Couldn’t be happier with this establishment. From the kind and excellent service from Lisa, Chris, Sam and Gerri to the warm welcome every time I come to the front office. They get to know you and your needs and are always happy to assist. The complex is pretty well kept and kept clean as well. The neighbors are respectful and keep noises down to not disturb anyone. Can’t forget that this is also a good price for the city.

I had the worst experience living at this apartment complex. It’s an awful place to live. If you like noisy neighbors and trashy parking areas, this is the place for you. The rental office conducts un-ethical business practices, and has absurd fees.

The management is great. They need a full-time security officer on site to help manage the location. It gets hyper sketchy sometimes like Grandtheft auto five I’m not joking. Overall for the price it’s to be expected. Rent is 725$ for a studio 180 for bills. Electric and internet included. Units as low as 625$ can’t beat the price.

The panel near the air conditionars are thin and can be broken into, nothing like waking up with someone standing over you while you sleep. They don't warn you about the utility bill when you sign the contract. You share the bill and it can be up to 250 - 300 a month. Another is they tell you if you leave the apartment as it was when you move in you are promised your deposit back. That is a lie. I left the apartment in mint condition and they refused to refund my deposit and didn't have a reason why.

117_225 was one happy customer. The apartments are unique and the neighbors watch our for each other in a kind and caring way. Has a wonderful dog park and storage units.

You have No emergency contact number to be able to call the management or maintenance team on call during a huge power outage and in extreme cold weather conditions?? ? Neglect we cant reach your tenant or friend.thier cell has died, no transportation and elderly tenant we are very worried
