The management does not answer phone calls. Stuck outside in COLD. My door won’t open again. It’s horrible living here, roaches, gun shots, people digging though trash can all hours of the night. Don’t come here!!!! Worst apartment ever! New management jacking up the last affordable apartments $880.00, was 625.00 2 years ago. Thinks she doing a good job. Roaches are here. People fighting a lot, paper thin walls. Hot cold fluctuations in shower.

Lisa has been there for me and she always on top of things. I have been here for a few years now and she is the best thing that this place needed. She seeks out for the best people that can repair and watch over the residents. Sharlene is the new addition to the office and after meeting her, she is welcoming and easy to talk. I know it takes time to get things on the right track and some people will be upset and not happy but me and my family are grateful of having them here.

Lisa the property manager is an amazing manager and she is always on top of everything. She is the reason why the property has improved so much. She’s always so helpful and very informative when we speak.

this place is ridiculous tow my truck didn't even give me notice the landlord has not fix our sink in 3 yr and says oh I didn't know about and we made a work order years and months ago dont rent here all lies horrible place to live

This place is getting much better quickly. Yet, I am so sick of the homeless traffic through here. And through here I'm saying finding homeless in the laundry rooms looking suspicious, tenants have had laundry stolen already. Homeless people dumping cigarette bins for scraps and to make matters worse someone leaves food outside in strategic places for the homeless to go through. And about every two weeks there is a homeless person digging through the dumpsters. I understand management can't stop the bums from things outside but why isn't anyone putting an end to the food being purposely left out. This place isn't a food drive or charity! BTW I'm expecting a generic review from someone hired to manage these reviews and not from the actual management company for the apartments. Prove me wrong. 🙄

DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU OWN PETS!!! They will spray them out with pesticides while you are gone! Lived here a month and regret it! I wish I could give them less than a 0!

I am writing this review today because I contacted this apartment complex and a very sweet lady named Jerry took my call not only did she help me with trying to procure one of their apartments she also pointed me in the direction of other apartment complexes that may help me and that in itself is amazing encounters like this let me know good people still exist and Jerry is one of those very good people!!!
