Stayed here for almost 2 years and it was the worst experience I've had. You will constantly have bugs in the apartment no matter how clean you keep it. "Pest control" takes about 30 seconds to spray under the sink then leaves. Security cameras don't work although you will be charged every month for them. I personally had to kick out multiple homeless people from the stairwell. They would be sleeping right in front of a camera that supposedly works or knocking on all doors asking for a handout. The doors to the complex don't lock, so anybody who walks by has access to the building. They tried to charge me for a garage opener when a simple walk to my garage unit would have informed them that my unit didn't even have electricity running to it, let alone an automatic opener. Also had my personal locks cut off the unit when they were informed multiple times which unit was mine and payments had been made on time since the time I moved in. Never was reimbursed for that. The management team is very disrespectful and condescending. Why Brianna chooses a job interacting with people is beyond me. $200+ for utilities is outrageous, considering how small the unit is. Even after letting management know about tenants with loud dogs nothing was done to help solve the problem. Dumpsters are over filled, and dumpster divers are very prevalent in this area. I've seen cars broken into and outright stolen. Due to the non-locking doors homeless people can and will use the laundry room as their own personal Goodwill and bathroom. The police are constantly on the property due to issues. The fire department won't enter the property to turn off an alarm without having a police escort. That should tell you all you need to know. DO NOT STAY HERE, there are better places, in better areas, that offer a bigger room, at a better price, with a WAY more respectful management team in place that will see you as a human being and not as a dollar sign.
