Based on my experiences at the incline apartments. I have been no errors or big problems issues for many years. It comfortable and I noticed the staffs been working hard to keep this place going. Appreciate the works they done. You may see small issues such as trash and leaking but immediately taken care.

I have lived here for almost 2 years. The Incline Apartments have several valuable amenities. A year round indoor heated pool, a terrific business center with computers, printer, big screen TV, a full kitchen and a shuffle board table. There is a complete fitness center and 2 bbq areas (a charcoal and a gas grill). Add a 2 acre fenced dog park, split into 2 areas, with benches and plenty of shade trees. Perfect for dog owners! It is a safe place to live plus the location is very convenient to I 25 so it's an easy commute north or south. The management make themselves available by in person visits, by phone or email. I canât say Iâd recommend living here if you have a choice. My fridge was broken from the minute I moved in until the minute I moved out. I made service requests, emailed and spoke to the office, and nothing changed. Utilities are stupid expensive as well. Iâm glad to have left.

Wouldnât recommend this place to my friends or loved ones or anyone else for that matter. This place was for sure my least favorite out of anywhere I have lived in the springs.

I have been at the Incline for one year and plan on staying for another one if not more! Brianna and Cindy have great people skills, very thoughtful and helpfull, thank you ladys. Location is great and indoor pool and gym are a price saving bonus. Neighbors are friendly and quite. I really recommend these apartments. Thank you Briana for walking me through the Paperwork. Also well maintained by friendly and competent staff.

My husband and I moved in to the Incline Apartments in the fall of 2021. The manager at the time welcomed us to our cute apartment with a beautiful view of the mountains. This property is located at Fillmore and 25, which is very convenient for delivery people like us 🤩 We love being so close to the downtown area as well as a 2.6 mile walk to Garden of the Gods! We were soon celebrating the seasons with our new neighbors and friends, as well as the occasional parties hosted by the management staff. I don’t know about you, but I’m always ready for a pool party or trivia night! Since then, we have said goodbye to friends and staff members as their lives took them elsewhere, and welcomed new friends and staff members. I’m really glad we chose this spot.

This apartment complex is unsanitary and unsafe. Trash everywhere and the only maintenance person doesn't care, he walks by trash during his morning walk to pick up trash! Our dumpsters get emptied once a week, not everyday like we were told, trash everywhere!! During the winter no one shovels the snow, we are forced to walk up and down icy stairs. Also, broken stairs for months, no regard for residents safety. The plumbing is always being shut off for maintenance. We pay a premium price for rent and utilities but nothing gets fixed or cleaned. The incompetence of this place is baffling! Gross!! You can find a better place to live.

The apartments were so pretty and Casey was such an amazing help and she was great to connect with. I want to move into the apartments next year and I am so excited.
