Shawn is excellent at clarifying what needs to be moved around for garage maintenance. Both Brianna and Shawn are excellent at giving information about tub resurfacing.

I'm applying to rent here I was very impressed with all the amenities, pretty surrounding area I am applying for a studio. I viewed 2 different models very nice the floors are new fridge and appliances definitely pleased with what I viewed Juliana gave me my tour she was very polite and professional and answered all my questions I give her a 5 star. Thank you Juliana for your help today

Edited* so glad to be gone from here and the good reviews have to be crazy. Homeless people on drugs walking around the property are almost a daily. The split utilities is outrageous and ridiculous. They donât fix anything as promised and we lived there for 2 years with documentation and pictures that something would be fixed and it never was. Then had nerve to charge us for the rest of lease when they couldnât even stick to the lease themselves. If that sounds good to you then please check this place outð Edit* ok not sued for remainder of lease but charged for termination and the problem was never fixed after we had been living there for 2 years!! Really wish this place stuck to the lease like we had to. We also had called the cops for the druggies many many times and have had many kicked off because of it. We also had our garage broken into with the lock cut and also contacted cops. Just not a good place and not honest.
