I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
There have been issues with mice, broken doors, residents smoking inside buildings and directly outside entrances, and an unmaintained pool that was often not heated. Maintenance requests were frequently only partially addressed, leaving problems unresolved.
Management changed multiple times during my stay. The previous manager was particularly unfriendly, condescending, and often acted as though residents were an inconvenience rather than customers.
The location is another drawback. There is a noticeable amount of homeless foot traffic through the area, and if you have children, safety and comfort may be a concern. Residents also frequently fail to clean up after their dogs.
On a positive note, most of the residents are friendly..
One thing prospective renters should be aware of is that the lease terms offered in emails did not match what was ultimately presented for signing. I recommend reviewing all documents carefully before committing. Considering the propertyâs condition, limited parking, and ongoing issues, THE MICE.. the rent is significantly higher than what the community offers in return.
