This property is predatory towards lower income individuals. Also they refused to give back a holding fee because of a 4-Hour difference in a 72 hour window. That was not stated on the site in which I paid the holding fee.

Worst experience everrrrr !!! The leasing lady so rude , disrespectful & unprofessional. The whole reason why they lost a future resident itâs sad here .

The leasing office is very prompt and helpful, and the view of the mountains are great. The facility is also clean and the area is safe, and the units are clean and well maintained after seeing the tour of the unit. The community manager was extremely helpful too in assisting with move in and are very friendly and professional. From locating the apartment to moving in was a very quick process and easy to do with their help.

Nate and Shawn are always very polite and accommodating for my maintenance needs and get things taken care of quickly when I need maintenance help! I appreciate them for their hard work and Iâm thankful for the experience Iâve had living at the Incline Apartments since I moved in a couple years ago!
