My aunt used to live at incline apartments, if they weren’t 55+ my wife and I would’ve moved in. The maintenance staff is very prompt, professional, they go the extra mile. Bert always made sure everything was perfect. If you’re looking at moving here, I highly recommend it!

The apartments are pretty decently priced. I had a problem with the heating last winter and apartments maintains man Nathan got it fixed with in an hour of me calling the office. I even recommended my brother get an apartment here

I currently live at The Incline Apartments and Studios and I’ve really enjoyed being here. The community stays clean and quiet, and it’s just a comfortable place to come home to every day. One thing I really appreciate is how fast maintenance responds to requests — anytime I’ve needed something, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. The amenities are a big plus too, especially the lounge with computers, the gym with great equipment, and the clean indoor pool. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I’m happy to call it home.

I love living here, i like how quick the staff is quick with things like maintenance requests. Staff is also very friendly everytime i have questions. They throw little events that keep the community together, and i like the big windows, it's nice for plant moms :)

This is my first time looking for an apartment on my own and Brianna was so courteous and helpful over the phone, and even more so in person! Answered even my silliest questions with the utmost patience, and made sure I had all the information I needed to make the best decision for me. A true professional!! Took a tour with the manager Brianna yesterday and I love this location and everything about the Incline! I haven't made a decision yet, but def one of my top contenders for when i move in a few months. She made a point to introduce me to the maintenance guys on our tour, Nate and Sean. Great team!
